The GrowSPACE Foundation revealed the number of vacancies and estimated shortages in psychological care in schools. According to calculations, there is a shortage of 27.32% of school psychologists in Poland for the 2023/24 school year. As many as 450 municipalities declare that at the moment they do not have a single full-time job. These are critical points on the map of Poland. The most frightening shortcomings in the province Podkarpackie – it is there that there are more vacancies than full-time positions in primary schools. Shortages reach up to 52%.
