She works as a mentor, trainer and workshop teacher. She has experience in working with youth and schools.Mateusz Trzaska - regional coordinator of the LGBTQ+ Friendly Schools Ranking in the province Świętokrzyskie. He is a student of the Tarnobrzeg high school. In 2023, he co-authored a report on the state of psychological care in Polandschools.The meeting will be moderated by Dominik Kuc, a member of the GrowSPACE Foundation Council and the initiator of the LGBTQ+ Friendly School Ranking project.The project is financed by Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway from the EEA Funds under the Active Citizens - Regional Fund Programme.

As part of the "LGBTQ+ Friendly Schools" project run by the GrowSPACE Foundation, institutions from all over Poland acted for diversity and mental health. The data collected by the Foundation show that the topic of supporting mental health is crucial for school communities. We would like to point out that LGBTQ+ youth are a group particularly vulnerable to mental health crises.
